The Corporate Millennial is a platform created for young professionals to learn about the corporate world and how to manoeuvre and relate with others at the workplace. It is also a place for others to learn about the younger professionals, to get insight on- how they think, how they want to be treated, why they behave the way they do.

Through our other social media sites we engage on selected topics, learn and vent to each other. These are growing experiences that teach millennials that the corporate world is an interesting mix of people, cultures and varying adventure.

About the Author

Tsaone Bedi is an experienced legal professional. She completed her LLB at the University of Botswana in 2014 and had her eyes set on a corporate career.

After completing one year of private practice she joined the Banking and Finance industry were she is currently spreading her wings. She holds an MSc in Finance and Financial Law from the University of London (SOAS) and is currently undertaking a Management Development Programme through the University of Stellenbosch.

When she started this blog, she wanted to help other young professionals like her with a few unspoken truths about the corporate world. There was very little guidance on how to manoeuvre in the corporate world that she could relate to so she decided to start blogging about topics relevant to both young professionals or anyone working with a young person. Many young people are constantly being berated for not managing their careers well, or for wasting great opportunities. But no one really tells them what is causing this, or no one tells the seasoned corporates how they are frustrating the young person.

This blog will help a seasoned corporate understand their millennial and how to work well with them. It will also benefit a millennial trying to transition from being a student to an employee, managing expectations whilst remaining true to themselves and many other things.
